Complaint Review: Official Online Shop of the Dolphins

This "official" website is offering items for sale on the website that they have no intention of sending. I ordered a specific player's jersey and after receiving my order confirmation from China tried to cancel. When the order came the day before Christmas, it was a completely different and wrong player's jersey. I contacted the company immediately and was told "so sorry for that team just have that one in stock, in order to make sure you can receive the items before Xmas, so i ship them, that one it is very hot player, too. We are agent online shop of authorized reseller. we have good quality and unbeatable price. you know our price it is very cheaper than others. for that price i believe you know that it deserves it if there is no quality problem, i hope you can keep that item."

Basically he had no intention of sending the item I paid for and ordered, as it does not appear to exist, and thought I would settle for some random item that I did not want or order. I advised him that this was unacceptable and have not heard one word in response.
