Official-TV-online complete RIP-OFF!! Ordered detox pads, sent money, got NOTHING!! New York Internet
In early May, I researched detox pads & The official-tv-online site had the best deal(or so I thought!).I ordered them & waited. Finally, I tried to call the number that I finally found after intensive searching & of course, got an answering machine with a supposed customer service girl named Christine. I left a message which no one responded to. Called Christine again, this time with a few choice words & still no response. I emailed them also, but again, no response. I did get an email receipt which had a different email address, gateway@linkpt.net.
If anyone has any suggestions as to what I can do to get my money back, please let me know!! I will go to my bank today & see what they say.
PLEASE, DO NOT order anything from these people! I think they have taken their site off temporarily. They've probably made a fortune & are in the Bahamas by now.

I initiated an investigation on this scammer this morning before going to work.
What I found out so far is that the phone # 631-284-3226 belongs to some greaseball named Stefan Giudici in Riverhead, NY. 11901. It is a landline.
The other number 845-661-4231 is a cell phone. This is the number that shows up for "Official TV Online" on my credit card statement.
I also initiated my own Rip Off report this morning.
Contact your credit card company and do a dispute right away. Send it by certified mail, return reciept, and put the certified# on the letter itself. Keep a copy for your records.
Also, by the means above, contact the fraud dept of your credit card issuer and explain the fraud here. Request as much merchant info as you can on this creep. They can point to towards this slimeball's merchant processing account.
Also notify the FBI's internet crimes bureau as this fool is engaging in crime by wire over state lines. A federal offense, as well as larceny for accepting credit cards and not providing product or service.
I am looking for criminal prosecution of this lowlife and will accept nothing less.
