Official TV Sports Signed up for Sports that is not available in area, it did not work and could not get refund as advertised. Nationwide
I recently subscribed to a company called OfficialTVSports.com to recieved televised sports events and etc. They stated that if I was dissatisfied with the service that I could discontinue the service and my money refunded, $21.99. The 9th of December 2008 I discontinued the service and requested my refund. I was told that the money would not be available until the 17th or 18th but they would submit the paperwork for refund.
On the 26th of December 2008, I contacted the company to check the status of my refund and they stated that it was processed on the 24th of December 2008. Well as of the 1st of January 2009 I have not recieved my money nor a response as to the status of my refund. Is there anything that could be done to recover my money if not then is there someway to prevent this company from taking anyone else.
