OFFICIALBLACKHAWKSSHOP.COM is not as it sounds.  This is actually a store in Bejing China that is selling knockoff jerseys and product while advertising that they are selling authentic NHL/Reebok product.

The website is very deceiving.  Nowhere does it say anything about the company being from out of country.  Here is their stated return policy.

"We're committed to your total satisfaction. If, for any reason, you're not completely happy with your purchase, you can get a full refund of the product price and any associated tax, within sixty (60) business days of receipt of the item(s).

To receive either a credit toward an exchange or a credit on your charge account, please note that all returns and exchanges must be in new, unused or unworn condition with the original tags and stickers attached. Items deemed worn, used, dirty or missing tags will be returned to purchaser at their expense and no refund will be issued. Women's swimwear is eligible for return only if the sanitary liner is place. Underwear, Customized and personalized items are not returnable. Since lost return shipments are the responsibility of the customer, be sure to obtain a tracking number from the courier for the return shipment."

In hindsight, I should have looked a little closer as this is what I found on a FAQ tab once I started having issues with them.

"How do I can return the items to your company? - If the product's quality is no problem, we can't to accept the return it.If there's a few problems of goods (for example, the stain or the line did not cut off clearly), we hope you can wash it or clean it,then we will give our guest appropriate compensation. If the size is small for you , or when you received your jersey, you find you don't like it and so on, these problem we don't accept .So hope you can understand us." 

Obviously the grammer should have been a tip off.  How a company can offer 60 day return on one tab and NO returns on another is beyond me.  

I started e-mailing the company right after the purchase when I realized I did not receive an invoice/receipt when I purchased the jersey.  Nor did I receive and e-mail confirmation of the order, etc.  I never received a response to this e-mail.

A few days later, I notice a foreign conversion on my credit card statement for approximately the amount of the purchase.  Here is where I start investigating. I E-mail the company again to continue trying to get the invoice as I will need it to return the item.  I again never hear anything back.  I then contact my credit card company to try and dispute the charge.  For all I know, no product will even show up.

I receive the item two weeks later.  I then e-mail again requesting information on returning it as there was nothing in the package besides the jersey.  The shipping address is in Bejing China but that is all I can read from the label as it is in chinese. I have finally heard back from "Tina", who tells me "Sorry for that, if you return back the shipping fee will be high and it takes lone time." I have stopped getting responses from them.  They refuse to give me an address to return the product to. In response to my claim of the product not being authentic, i receive the response "Sorry for that. our items are real, many customers order form us."

Do not buy from this company! I purchased a $90 jersey and received a $10 knock off. Buyer Beware.
