I ordered phentermine from an online pharmacy that said they were a "USA Pharmacy." I received fake pills that did not even begin to resemble what phentermine looked like. I requested a refund and this is what they said:

"We no longer use the processor that debited your account for this purchase. We had problems with this processor and had to release them from their contact with us.

Prior to the cancellation of the agreement we instructed the processor to refund all purchases that occurred and did not deliver for any reason what so ever.

The processor has guaranteed and confirmed to us that these clients will be refunded.

We have released funds to the processor for this purpose; the processor has your funds".

We therefore feel that we have done all we can and can no longer help in this situation due to the fact the funds for your order are not in our possession but are in the credit card processors account."

This is absolutely ridiculous. I have to now go to my bank and file a fraud report on them. Hopefully, everything will work out and I will be refunded my money which by the way, was almost $300.00.
