I ordered the " GRABIT" screw extractor from these scammers , I have been trying to make contact with them for over three months now ,without any luck. Somebody sennd me an e-mail after the fourth e-mail , stating they did not have the product till the following week and i would be put on a priority list . YEAH ! Right ! still no product , no reply , their voice mail is full ... So whatch out !!! don't send anything to these scam artist . My bank advised me to try and resolve it withthe company first , if not they would get involved , by the time I went back to the bank , they said I waited to long & they could no longer help me .......... Just my luck !!
Now I am determined to inform as many people as possible about these Mo..c.r.s.........

I have initiated a criminal investigation into these fools.
I disputed the charge on my credit card after all, and moved over to the fraud division to have this person's merchant account investigated / closed.
I have sent and am sending full reports to all legal authorities.
I am filing suit for damages.
I suggest you all do the same.

I ordered about 6 weeks ago, and as of today, still no product.
However, I did recieve a reply from my online inquiry. It was vague, and not at all helpful.
Keep in mind that they charge your credit card immediately when you make the purchase, and NOT when the item ships.
So, if you want to do a credit card dispute, do it right away, as you usually only have 60 days from the first statement it is reflected on.
These people do not actually stock any product, they are just "dropshippers".
Buyer beware!
