The business owner of this company is but a mere liar. She will do anything, including lie, to keep her profits.
I too am a business owner... and a legitimate one who actually employees numerous employees across the country in 27 locations. It is sad that women like her are accepted by the system and allowed to establish scam businesses that hussle innocent buyers out of their money. I in no way, shape or form tried to return "used" goods.
I REPEAT.... DO NOT buy anything from this business. The owner is a liar and a cheat and she will do nothing but give you a poor product with even worse customer service.

The customer returned a garment without the original tags and packaging. Under our Return Policy this is not acceptable for a return. The Return Policy is very clear and all customers must agree to it before checkout.
