Complaint Review: The Ohio Bee Box Company

I am emailing in regards to an order placed on August 27th. As a prior customer, I have to say that I am shocked and dismayed, as It has been 4 months and I still have not received any of the $299.60 supplies I paid for.

I really just wanted the beekeeping supplies I need for spring, but at this point it would almost be easier to receive a full refund.  I'm at a loss trying to understand the lack of communication on the part of anyone at The Ohio Bee Box Company. To date, I have documented and sent numerous emails with a continuous lack of any response.

Tried calling the number on the website and the voicemail box is full and won't accept messages. Have sent messages thru the web page and am not receiving response.  Posted a question thru the google listing trying to contact someone. Tried messaging thru Facebook with no success.

I can find no other way to contact Ohio Bee Box. I would like to give The Ohio Bee Box Company the opportunity to resolve this issue as soon as possible, as currently they are in violation of both the Fair Credit Billing Act as well as the Mail, Internet, Telephone Order Merchandise Rule; in which both are federally regulated and administered by the Federal Trade Commission.

  This email is my last attempt at offering the opportunity  to resolve this dispute in a business friendly and professional manner. I prefer we work out a mutually acceptable resolution as opposed to taking further action. It is advisable and in The Ohio Bee Box Companies' best interest, to kindly contact me yet this week to discuss and resolve this matter.
