On March 15, 2005, I submitted a formal letter of dispute regarding late fees, attorney costs, inflated escrow balance and other charges added to my payoff (approx $15,000). I also copied Ohio Savings Banks attorney, Vargas & Kahane, PA. Neither Ohio Savings Bank or Vargas & Kahane responded to my letters of dispute or to my request for an explanation of these charges, such as $1,600 for other services.

In my letters to Mr. Goldberg, President at OSB, I respectfully explained my reason(s) for disputing these fees and I provided statements from other lenders who approved me on loans to refinance my mortgage but were prevented by OSB. I submitted several letters in an effort to resolve this abuse of power and in typical Ohio Savings Bank fashion, no action was taken by OSBthe same reaction after being notified of errors made regarding my credit report.

Ohio Savings Bank first reported false information on my credit report and I was unable to close on a great refinance loan. Despite these bullies acknowledging the errors, they wouldn't provide a letter of correction for nearly 7 weeks. When they finally did send a letter, it contained typos in my name and dates, making the letter worthless. I was forced to pay for fees and charges resulting from Ohio Savings Bank unethical, unfair, fraudulent and deceitful practices in the handling of my loan.

I was forced to sell my home and pay a ransom in order to get them to release my title. They are the very worse of corporate America.
