Okay not even being able to keep the amount straight between your title and report does not say much for the credibility of this story.
But perhaps you could add some details, such as where did the car start from and where was it 25 feet later?
Did this 81 Year old woman run the car into a ditch?

You say in the title it's 170 and then you say it's 185. Also, I don't believe it was for the purpose of moving it. It sounds to me like you got it stuck and they had to use special equipment and skills to pull you out of a ditch or something like that. That costs more than just a simple tow. Sorry, lady, you need to give up your license if you can't stay out of ditches or else just pay the money.
