===================== NOW TO THE ORIGINAL REPORT THAT WAS FILED

===================== Oil City Surplus Gino Parker Caution! These men are bucks in Doe clothing! Houston, Texas

Gino Parker, aka Gino John, Jimmy John, and his brothers Steve John and Mark John came to my mill. Our maintenance manger took them on a tour of the facility.

After the tour GIno offered a large amount of money to buy some machinery. They left me a quote to consider overnight.  In the morning, I got an urgent phone call from Gino saying he had a in-use buyer and I needed to make a decision right away. I made an appointmtent around 10 am but I had a board meeting at 10:30 for the rest of the day.

Gino, mark, and Steve arrived for the meeting at 10 to negotiate the deal on the machinery.  Then Gino said he wanted to physically inspect the equipment. During the negotiation and inspection Gino asks to purchase some scrap as part of the deal.

The scrap in question was not available and going to be remelted for new product.

At this point, Gino Parker became aggressive and insisted that we couldn't use all the scrap and if we didnt sell it to him he would not make the original machinery purchase.

I agreed to a portion of the pile to save the deal and left for my 10:30 meeting.

Gino then conned my maintenance manger and stole my entire lot of scrap.

This was a mastermind plot. Gino Parker, Mark John, and Steve John are professional criminals. They left me with no scrap for new product and never intended to buy any machinery.
If they attempt to buy anything from you, please notify your local police department.

These are false allegations. If this is true, please, provide the customer name and number, But they will not be able to because it is a false report that was made up, Because, they are competitors who always lose the bids at auctions when we are involved. If we were wanted by the police, we have been at the same locations for years.
