Ojas Enterprises, AloeVella, Wrinklesscream.com, Foresightmedia.com Advertised as free samples, then wants to charge for the full product, even if you offer to send it back unopened. I had to chg my credit card, although they threatened to turn me over to collections. Newburgh New York
I signed up for free samples. Soon I was getting a lot of emails and pop-ups. One of these pop-ups offered half a dozen different cosmetics for free, for the price of S/H, which was generally $4.95. There was no stipulation that any of these were 2 wk trials, and needed to be sent back w/I 2 wks or you would be chgd the full price of the cosmetic. However, after a month, I got an aggressive call from Ojas Enterprises demanding full payment for the product. He claimed that I had ordered the cosmetic from the Wrinklesscream.com website, which I had never been to before, where there is something saying that that this is a 2 wk free trial. He threatened to report me to a collection agency and my credit report when I told him I would not be paying them any money. When I checked my receipts, the Ayur cream was also promoted by Foresight Media, as was Wrinkless cream. I had to chg my credit card.
