 I saw the ads for the Aloe Vella Wrinkless Creme and the second step, Ayur skin renewal Creme advertised on television. I noticed that if you didn't call to return within 14 days they would bill you every 30 days, but you could return within 30 days and get a full refund less shipping and handling, with an RMA..RETURN MERCHANDISE AUTHRIZATION NUMBER.... Simple, right??? WRONG. I purchased my samples in Fevruary of this year. I called up within 30 days to return the products, and cancel auto shipments. I was disconnected after being put on hold, I was transferred to a supervisor who tried to sell me another product, also endorsed by Dr. oz, which is sold the same way, with similar ingredients, and which needs a second step to "work better"... And would cost MORE than the original products! After ten minutes of practically arguing with the supervisor, I asked to be transferred to HIS manager, when I was put on hold for ten minutes, and disconnected. When I called back, I got a different person, but no more satisfaction; NOBODY was willing to give me an RMA#, and it states implicitly that failure to include one will delay the processing of my claim. In the meantime, I've received an additional shipment and charge,mans am expecting a third one, and each time I call (I've called 5 times now), NO ONE will help. Plus now, after this much time, I essentially own the bottles that I've had over 30 days. Of course the first, sample bottles were opened. I haven't even opened the boxes I have received, since. I thought about returning to sender, but that doesn't solve the credit card charges, and will now bring it up with my bank... But this is ridiculous! SHAME ON YOU, DR. OZ, FOR TOUTING UNSCRUPULOUS COMPANIES, WHETHER THEIR PRODUCTS WORK, OR NOT! Someone should start a class action lawsuit against both the company, and good ole' Dr. oz, for endorsing them... Any lawyers want to help us just get our money back? I'd be happy with that, plus a nice closing of the company and a financial slap on the wrist for Dr Oz....
