I ordered items back in February 2010 and they said it would take anywhere from 10 to 14 days for the items to be delivered.  They also provided a tracking number.  After waiting almost two weeks for the item I went online to track the item and I was re-routed to OSM tracking and inputed the tracking information and found out that the item was delivered to Melrose Park, IL 60160 and no additional information.  So I tried calling the company on the 1-877 number and the guy that I talked to told me that all he can do is send an e-mail to the customerservice@okappaslim.com and see what happens.  So far I have sent four e-mails and no response yet.  I am going to forward the e-mails and send it to the address provided ont he website to see if anything happens.
