My son attempted to purchase Runescape gold. They requested a drivers license, bank statement and utility bill and we felt that was too much private information to give out to a company we were not familiar with. However, I did send a copy of my drivers license before they started requesting other things. My son informed them we would not be doing business with them and they proceeded to withdraw 189.12 anyway. He has not received any gold from them nor did we want to purchase it. I have contacted them numerous times through live chats where they give me the runaround and ask for more personal info. I called them on the phone and they hung up on me. They refuse to give my money back for something I did not want nor did I receive. Total scammers and con artists.
