I entered into a contract with this company in April of 2008.  @ which time I proceeded to pay on time the entire period of my contract.  During my first contract I opened a second account and that again has never once been late. not even by a minute.  Then the ball dropped. 


Let me first say that I started paying them and had not even received my furniture yet.  
My first account should have had a balance due of 107.92 as of 2/1/10.  Well guess what they took a whole pmt. which is more than double that.  When I called the customer service I was spoked to rudely, hung up  on placed on hold only to be hung up  on after holding forever.  Then they started to piggy back me between who was supposed to be "managers" and was promised a call back by again another manger who holds the power to rip me off or not.  Well I waited and never got a call back.  I had to call them back and was then told the same old issh.  Jessica hung up on me not once but twice. I called back again and got someone named Jennifer Morrell who talked to me like I was a 10 years old..I supposed I gave them the impression I was Illiterate. She emailed me a copy of my contract and plain a day it states in black an white that they were over charging me.  SHE SAID..well that is not what our computer is telling us. So therefore you still owe us two more payments totaling almost 500 dollars more.  

I have asked this company not to ever draft my account anymore, I was then told well we are going to draft your account because we have determined that you owe us..  So on top of the bank fees i incurred because of their theft..I now have to pay my bank to put a stop payment on any drafts coming out of my account.  I also spoke with someone else who reached through the internet regarding this company and was told they will slam your account again under another name.  So I would never again do business with this company.  I will proceed to stand in front of every furniture store who uses them and hand out as many filers as possible regarding their practices.
