On June 15, 2010 I spoke with a customer service rep.at Oklahoma Outlet to place my final order for cigarettes before the June 30 PACT act was to take effect. I was assured by the rep. that they could fill the order before the deadline. I sent them a check for $427.77 and awaited delivery of the order.


Spoke with another rep. on June 25 to get an update on status of my order. One brand of cigarettes was on back order, they said,  so my order was not shipped. I was advised to call back on June 28 for an update on my order and if the items were still on back order to cancel my entire order. They said the company would be sending out money order refunds. When I cancelled the order on June 28, I was told I would get my money order in about a week.


Like others, I could not get a hold of anyone via email or phone after June 30th. Noodling around their website, I did find a different telephone number than the one listed on the front page of the website. The voice mailbox for this number was full.


Since this businees seems to be operated by Native Americans, I don't know who has jurisdiction to prosecute this.
