Complaint Review: Olan Mills Photography Studios

Absolutely the worst service or should I say best non-service I have ever experienced.  I tried calling the studios several times during the week to make an appointment and all I ever received was a busy signal.  Fianlly I went online as recommedned by the Olan Mills web site and made an appointment online.  Don't bother, the online appointments are meaningless.  When we showed up for our appointment, there was one person working and it took me almost 30 minutes to be able to talk with her.  There were three  groups of people waiting.  I told the photographer that we had am appointment and she told us it would be almost 2 hours before she could get to us.  I asked if any of the people waiting had made appointments and the photographer would neither confirm or deny they had made appointments. Obviuosly the studio had taken walk-ins ahead of people that actually made appointments.  Our appointment was at 5:15.  We showed up at 5:00.  The pgotographer told us that if the 4:30 appointment showed up she would have to take them first.  Then who were all the people waiting?  SInce we were there on time for our appointment, why didn't we take precednece over the waiting walk-ins?  The photographer was rude and argumentative.  There was no effert made to accomodate us.  We immediately left and will never go back to that studio.  I will recommend to anyone and everyone I know or meet to never go to an Olan Mills studio.  This is the best example of customer non-service I have ever experienced in my life.  Stay away!
