I have been working at Olan Mills Portrait Studio in Colorado Springs as a weekend receptionist for over 2 months now and I have yet to receive a paycheck. I have asked about it several times and every time I ask my manager she say "I don't know" I ask for who i should call to find out about it and I get "I don't know". They do not care about their customers or their employees.

They refuse to give me a number I can call to straighten it out, they refuse to fix it for me, and they still expect me to come into work every weekend and do all of their clerical work. Aside from the fact that they are completely and totally unorganized and have absolutely no method to keep their paperwork together they also never inform costumers when their photos come in. I go in every week and have to call people who got their pictures done over a year ago to let them know they have pictures there. They all also are involved in drug activity even during work. I am absolutely disgusted and plan on quitting soon.

So when you filled out your tax forms, State forms for hire and signed your employee handbook for policy, you didnt read how to resolve this type of complaint? Easy...Go to the State Board of labor, Show proof of your employment- They did give you a time clock or a system to record your hours of work? Technically they must provide you with a system for which to be paid. Electronic deposit, pay stubs to show tax's and other local/state/fica.

Good luck in reporting this and next time you speak with your boss tell him you cant work because you are not sure if you get injured if you''ll be able to sue them as an employee or as a customer.
