Complaint Review: Olan Mills Shirley Lutz

As a former employee of Olan Mills it is overall a good company, but lacks serious supervision on it's district management. As i was studio manager in the Morristown studio my district mgr. was always changing her mind about everything, She would tell me one day i could have the day off to help with payroll hours then the next day she would call and say if it happens again you fired she would lie about whatever she told me one day you do it this way the next day I never said that. A couple of us would have our bonuses missing on our checks but she said we weren't entitled to them that we never made them.one say she was told there were like 390 sales only turned in to the company like 350 for that team and claimed the other 40 for herself, She pays her mother and her son under the table for working there (where is she getting the money for that)? She has told me that i'm just a no good photographer but she signed off on 7 awards and corporate did the same. Then find out i was pregnant had to go to the hospital after work sunday because of sharp pains in my stomach area they took me off work for a couple of days and she calls me to say that she will have to replace me because she can see this pregnacy is already going to be a problem. She did end up seceeding because she forced me to quit, Can't work in a job where you don't know what the rules are going to be from day to day. Like I said higher management needs to be a little more watchful because at the same time I quit there where about 11 others in her same district
