Old Dominion Freight Lines rip-off! They messed up delivery and now won't redeliver. Memphis Tennessee
Expecting a shipment of fine art, arrangements were made for my associate to take the day off from work to await the delivery via Old Dominion. When they called to schedule the delivery, they were told it was a residence... but when the driver showed up he couldn't unload the crates because my associate didn't have a forklift available.
Upon calling the company, they admitted it was their mistake. When asked for a redelivery they said they couldn't because my associate was out of town and that was the only place they would deliver the goods. As my associate will be out of town for 20 days, I am not sure what ODFL will do with my merchandise because they claim they will only hold for 14 days before disposal.

I am curious if this has been resolved? If not, please provide me with you Pro #. Your Pro # is the barcoded number (tracking number) you were provided for your frieght.
Old Dominion is a very good company and occassionally, we - just like every other company - have an individual or two that make a bad decision. I would like to assist you in correcting this, if it has not already been resolved.
If it has already been resolved, please post a follow-up to let everyone know that it was. Feel free to add the details and let us know if you are still unhappy.
