Complaint Review: old point bank

 went department store made purchach on old point card said declined then no receit the card chared my old pioint card double the amount no pay back over 60 days this was at walmart casey bld williamsburg va every one must hear this u take a rist working with old point bant i cancelled membership bee care full they will not refund money they know it was a computer proble but will not admit to it get your money out old point now go suntrust or some where else . i said keep it delete account i got all my accounts out there way first then left them alone the attorney gerneal office richmond handled case they still sent lies so get out their way in time they will fall big time do no deal with old point bank i learned it will post on line cant get money owed to me behind stupid lies so let them keep it i will continue to put this live on line for 20 years they will stop it thank u people not good now every one knows old point bank in virginia crooks thank u marry christmas 2016
