Complaint Review: CcOld Republic Home Warranty

I cannot stand Old Republic. I finaly find an agent that takes things seriously and get's things done. I call today and asked for Dennise and I was informed that they let her go. Well, my business is going also. I am an agent and I sell several Old Republic plans daily. I will not be doing that any more.

Dennise was able to take my application, take care of a problem for a client and follow it up later on that day or week. She was friendly and just personable, very people oriented. I believe one day I spoke to her at least 10 minutes it was great therapy. I am urging several of my partners to switch to another home warranty company. I would have sooner but just at that time when I was going to leave Old Republic Dennise took care of my claim. Those people there have a lot to learn and they have lost a very good CSR. A company are only as good as their employees. Good luck Old Republic but with loosing good people comes loosing business.
