Subject:
poor service

Questions/Comments:
I have tried to get my AC fixed since the second week in July. After contacting ORHP you sent out a local contractor, he took the unit apart and disassembled some parts he said he found the problem temporarly fixed the unit to run until he was to return with the new part. Months passed, i made several calls to him and none were returned, i made calls to ORHP they were to try to contact him as well and get back to me, that never happend. I called both again, ORHP tried again to reach the contractor, fax nor phone worked, i was not contacted by either....again. Finally I called ORHP and asked them to find me another contractor, by now MONTHS have passed.

The new contractor showed up, found the problem...again and this time found more, this is were my problem lies. I believe the original contractor left the unit semi-put back togather and the new contractor found new problems due to the long period of time between contractors. The new contractor says I need to pay for aprox $300 in new parts...not covered by ORHP. This is unbeliveable and unexceptable, what does my plan cover? a new paint job? screws? air? The AC unit broke in JULY, JULY it was hot and I have been patient with the contractor issue and ORHP. I think ORHP should do the 'right' thing and send the contractor back, fix my AC unit, ive paid the visit fee and pay for my policy, please do the right thing so I can continue using ORHP and praising the service and recommending ORHP to my friends and family. Thanks for your attention
