Oldmodelkits.com Alan Bussie Dave Bussie - Alan Bussie Mail fraud rip off of funds! Lexington Kentucky
After finding the oldmodelkits.com site I ordered a rare kit. Bussie was on vacation so I waited after sending a message. He 'claimed' to have sent an email with tracking information. I never received it. He did NOT resend it (suspicious!!!). Instead he sent me the tracking number for me to look up.
I asked him to verify the address my package was sent to. It was NOT CORRECT!!! I requested he trace the package and he claimed to have done it. The package was delivered (to the wrong address!!!).
He did pretty much NOTHING to help me! I suspect that he did everything intentionally so that I would not find out he scammed me. He 'claimed' that he sent a refund check for less than I sent him!!! It was his mistake so I should receive 100% refund check. He is a scammer!!! Make no mistake about it!!!
He is so lazy he didn't use the correct address!!! I filled in the correct address on the order form, each email had my FULL AND CORRECT ADDRESS!!!
There is NO EXCUSE you can give me for why I did not receive what I ordered. No excuses for receiving a refund check for 100% of my purchase! It was his mistake, laziness, stupidity or scam for my not receiving what I ordered. It is people like this that give e-commerce a bad reputation!!!
Don't trust this Rip off con artist!!! It has been 4 months and I have not received any resolution yet to being ripped off!!!!
