!!BEWARE!! The entire experience was terrible. From the beginning Sonny and his partner refused to address a power steering issue with the X3 I was purchasing and offered to give me my money back just because I mentioned the concern with it being too stiff.
I only wanted them to have their onsite mechanic take a look at it. Then when I went to pick up the vehicle I did a final inspection to realize some additional things wrong with the vehicle; masked by Sonny and Sam. They didn’t tell me anything about the sun roof not working and instead called me a liar. Then Sam nearly slammed a car door on my brothers hand when he was trying to disconnect the OBD tester after being told we would be given our money back.
Things cooled down and we decided to proceed with the deal; I paid cash for the car and Sonny said he would mail my title and registration. One month later I didn’t receive anything and then after following up he said it was sent and he would send it again... another month goes by and nothing.
Today over two months later and I am here at the DMV to get it resolved myself. These guys are super unreliable, young boys just started doing this December of last year. They’re no serious about business. Take your business elsewhere!
