Ole Cedar Mill Mini Storage company price gauged me for the unit and still hasn't sent me my deposit back after 3 weeks. Want to charge me for their check cancelation fee that they sent to the wrong address and deduct that from my deposit RIPOFF North Bend Washington
This storage provider price guaged me (charged me for a bigger unit than my actual size used) and closed my account 2 days early because my lock was off without notifying me. I live 40 miles away and went there to close my account to get my deposit back. The lady told me she closed the account and sent my deposit to my old address.
For the next two weeks I checked both mail boxes and no check. Now after three weeks they want me to wait for the check to get sent back to them and if they cancel it they will deduct it from my deposit. Front desk lady is very rude, no empathy and continues to blame me for not calling them. Contract states that they will contact the owner when closing each unit.
By far the worst service I have ever encountered and would steer anyone away from this place.
