I contacted the office of Cheryl David to help me in a deportation case for a family member. All I have to say is that Cheryl David is a complete rip off. She wanted to charge me $8500 for a deportaion removal case, i consulted another lawyer the next day who charged me 2500 for everything, and the case was successful. Cheryl David refused to refund me the fee to revew the case which I paid the day before and said oh I already started working on the case.Beware of this lawyer, she will rip you off and charge you way more than any lawyer and will not guarantee the outcome of the case. My advise is to shop around and consult different loawyers before you make the decision which lawyer you want to use. A lot of lawyers such as Cheryl David will try and overcharge you knowing that you are in time of need and you will do anything to save yourself or a family member from deportation.

This is not a ripoff as no money was taken from you under false pretenses, and no serious lawyer will ever guarantee the outcome of a case even if they are 99% convinced they will win, no more than a serious physician will guarantee the success of a surgery. Immigration cases are a competitive market so if you think an attorney is overcharging follow your own suggestion: shop around before handing out any money.
