Oliver Ripoff fraud failure to deliver after 7 weeks and counting still processed payment Bellport New York
I ordered a Product. It came defective. No big Deal, so I call them up.
I go through the RMA procedure. A lot of phoning and faxing. No big deal. I send off the product. I receive confirmation by a man named Oliver.
This whole process took one week.
One week passes, nothing. I call them. I am lead on with false statements claiming it is in progress.
Two weeks pass, same thing.
Three weeks pass, I am told it is ready. It will be there in a week.
Four weeks pass, nothing. I am told it is being shipped today and it will be there in a few days.
Five weeks pass, nothing! they are now really hard to contact. I am told I will have it in 2 days.
Six weeks pass! Nothing! Oliver calls me to confirm the address and product he is shipping.
Seven weeks pass! I can't even get a hold of anyone.
