Complaint Review: Oliver Twist Roof Cleaning & Pressure Washing

Roof Cleaning typically lasts about 2 1/2 - 3 years from application. Following application this roof cleaning began to discolor in only 4 months. Contacted Jim Twist who came out several weeks later and while he agreed to redo the roof said he was too busy to redo until January 15th. January came and when he did not show I contacted him again in February. He set a firm date for April 12th and when I followed up he came out on April 10th and proceeded to tell me the roof was now dirtier in other areas and tried to negotiate a reduced charge instead of the redo he committed to. He clearly stalled to hope I would go away or recharge me if I did not. Combine that with the sloppy work he did on spraying my screening, without standing behind it or making it right and there are other pressure cleaning and roof cleaning companies that are good and reputable to use. I am calling one of those and will never use Jim Twist again.
