Alleged breeder referred to me to a bulldog rescue group and sent me the pictures of the dog and we nogotiated a price. I sent the payment through this alleged shipping company pet home relocaters and first I sent payment for the dog then they wanted more money for insurance and I paid as well then they wanted money for change of ownership which I refused then the shipping company threatened to put the dog in a pet rescue then they shut down their website. Dr. Winther is not answering his phone nor is he returning email messages. Dr. Oliver Winther alleged to be a vet. Oliver Winther and the pet relocate company are both a scam.
