Oloot Recalled MMO account i bought from them 1 month later Internet

 I purchased an MMO account from Oloot.com back in April. After waiting a week after the inital purchase I still had not heard back from them regarding the account. I then proceeded to open up a dispute through Paypal. Finally about a month later i received an email with the account information.

All was going good til about the end of June. I tried logging in one day and was unable to due to an incorrect password, even though i know it was correct. I logged in on another account and couldnt even find the name of the character i had on the account. 

I tried contacting Oloot.com again about the issue since they claimed to have a  "100% Guarantee and Insurance Policy" but over a week later and still no reply.

I even tried to contact the game company to try to recover the account since i had some basic information including the SQ answer only to find out not only did Oloot change the password, and character name, but also  changed the Secret Question as well so my answer was invalid.
