Complaint Review: Olshan Arklatex L.P.

We started to have cracks in the walls and other problems. This happened a few years ago. Finally after threatening to get an attorney, Olshan came out and recommended more work. Their fix was to go through our living room concrete floor at a cost to us. We said "NO". So we had a Structural Engineer come out and look at the problem . The problem was Olshan overjacked the house creating a bowl effect. That is what is causing all the cracks etc. They Structural Engineer said Olshan's fix would make it worse and destroy our foundation. We went to court in February 2016 and the judgement was found in our favor and it is now December 2017. Their attorney does not answer calls or letters sent from our attorney. Our house problems are worsening as time goes by.
