Olson Powersports Christmas Shopping SCAM! New Braunfels, Texas
I ordered a ATV from Olson Powersports online website on November 17th 2010. I had a conversation with someone in early December about delivery. He assured me that everything was okay and that I should get a call soon from the freight company.
On December 9th I was advised by a friend who I had recommended the website to that Olson was out of business and not refunding peoples money and not answering the telephone.
I contacted the New Braunfels Sheriff's office and they said the case was being handled by the Texas Attorney's General. The phone number I was given is 800-621-0508.
I have not yet reached this office since it is closed for business as of this time of day. I will call them in the AM and report anything new.
