I ordered a 150CC Scooter on Aug 17th 2009, I did a wire transfer of funds because I was told that was the fastest way. I never received the scooter I ordered they switched the model. I also did not receive the same options that was on the ordered Scooter.
After constant badgering I finally received a scooter on Sept. 22, 2009, and low and behold not the one I ordered. And to make matters worse there was no trunk and damage to the muffler. Then after unpacking the scooter I found out it had faulty brakes and had to wait another 2 weeks for the proper brake parts to arrive.
As of today I have not received a trunk, they made an offer of sending me $25.00 so I can purchase a trunk. Well I can't find a trunk and have it shipped to me for twice that.
This has without a doubt been the worse experience I have ever gone through and I am taking what action I can. I am filing this complaint, and one with the BBB and also Texas Department of Motor Vehicle.
I hope this helps others from being ripped off and having to go through such an ugly situation.
