Olson Shaner After garnishing my wages for more than they originally said they were going to, I received a letter stating that I still owed them money. I sent a check and a few weeks later I still received another garnishment for the amount owing plus an extra $100 for the court order. These people are just money hungry attorneys. I never received a second notice of garnishment. When I called to try and get it corrected the lady was immediately rude to me and eventually hung up on me. After finishing the original garnishment from the company, I received a letter stating I still owed them $56. I mailed them a check and then 3 weeks later I received another notice from my employer stating my wages were being garnished again for $100 more than what I owed.
After I already paid the final costs. Then when I called to tell them I mailed a check the lady was rude and hostile and then she hung up on me. This company is a money hungry bunch of lawyers that don't work with anyone. If you are using them, stop.
