I reached out to Olympia Law Group to assist me with a loan modification, Monica Davis was assigned to my case.  I explained to Monica Davis that I had recently received a modification. Monica Davis informed me that because of the HAMP ACT it did not matter. I informed her that I had never heard of that. She had me to go to the website while she was on the phone to read what the program was about. Monica Davis said the deadline was approaching and that we needed to move fast if I was going to sign up.

Monica Davis said that they could help me. She explained that the payments would be $975.00 x 4 to get me signed up. I asked her if I should make payments to them or my mortgage company? Her response was make them to Olympia Law Group. I mentioned to her on several ocassions that I had received a loan modification before. I even mentioned to her that I had a previous bankruptcy. I asked her if that mattered, she said no.

I reached out to Monica Davis often to see if there was any updates. Her response was it takes time. I was also in contact with my mortgage company to see if anything was going on. In May, the mortgage company informed me that the loan had been denied and Olympia Law group had been informed. It had been approximately a week since the decision was made.  I reached out to Monica Davis who told me to contact Dalila Martinez. I informed Dalila Martinez what the mortgage company told me. She said she was not aware of it. She got back with me after several days to confirm that it had been denied. I asked her what were my options after that? She informed me that Sam Branco would get in touch with me regarding my options. I have nerver heard from him.

I then reached out to Monica Davis to tell her that no one had been able to help me. She said once I received the denial letter, we could file an appeal. I asked her what difference would that make? Her response was basically it depends on "what side of the bed" the next person handling the case woke up on. I reached out to the mortgage company to inquire about the appeals process, I was told there wasn't an appeal available. I ask why? I was told that because I had a loan modification that was less than 24 months old, I did not qualify.

After learning I would not get a loan modification and that my home would go into foreclosure, I began to have suicidal thoughts. I reached out to Monica Davis several times to explain to her the physical and mental toll this was taking on me. After comptemplating sucide, I decided to reach out to someone to help me. I was given some money but was still $1200.00 short. I reached out to Monica Davis to ask them to refund my money($2925.00) so that I could add it to the money I was given so that I could make the payments. She said ok and I should receive it the Tuesday after Memeoial Day.

I called and email Monica Davis several times regarding the refund, she said I should have gotten it already. After I explained to her that I had not received it, she said she was going to reach out to management. That was in May, I have not heard from her again.
