In June of 2011 we used this company to move us from one residence to another in the same town.  My wife was cleaning our new residence in the early morning and took off her diamond engagement ring and hid it purposely in a location where the movers should not be moving anything into and then hid it in the side pocket of a small little basket.  When the movers left that afternoon my wife went upstairs and noticed the ring gone and the basket was disheveled.  We turned the house upside down looking for the ring.  We then called the police and filed a report.  For the next several months the police interviewed 1 of the 3 movers and spoke with the owner, John, of the business.  John insisted he checks the backgrounds of each employee but would not send them to our town to take a lie detector test and his employees never showed up for any interviews at the police station.

I have made several phone calls to the movers to speak to someone about this as well, and they have never gotten back to me.  The police told the owner that I would pay their employees for their days pay if they took the lie detector test and passed it, and they never showed up.

To this day, nobody has owned up to anything and I am still missing a $10,000 3.5 carat heart shaped yellow diamond ring that I purchased from Thailand 11 years ago.

We are heartbroken that even the owner would not participate in the investigation to help resolve this.
I just wanted justice, it's been 7 months and we have literally torn our home apart in hopes that one day it might not have been the movers and it was our misplacement..  To this day, we have never seen it.
