Complaint Review: Olympic Hospitality Services

If you own a cleaning service anywhere in the Tn, Ms, and Arkansas do not accept cleaning requests from these people. Ronda Page submitted a cleaning request on thumbtack and I submitted a quote. I was hired to do a cleaning job for her in downtown Memphis of an apartment comples. I took my crew out on July 6, 2016 and thouroughly cleaned the apartment, submitted before and after photos of the apartment before we even started the job. She was very pleased with out work and gave me a great review on thumbtack. Before I even took the job my main question to the both of them was "how do I get paid?' I asked this question because he company is located in Tacoma Washington and I wanted to be sure I got my money.

Her son, Steve, emailed me back that once I finish the job to send him the before and after photo, along with my invoice through email and once he got those my check would be put in the mail the next day. I followed all of his instructions. I send my invoice requesting payment withing 7 days. After seven days of me not receiving my check I contacted both of them and was told I would receive my check within 21 days. It is now and entire month later and they are still giving me the run around concerning payment. Ronda saiys its been send and Steve said he forgot to put it in the mail.

Just last week I get a call from Steve apologizing and he wanted to send my payment directly to me to my checking account so I can get my money the next day. Hell to the no, I was not going to give these people my account information. I told him to send my check through the mail as we agreed. I still have not gotten a check and received another email with more lies. It has gotten to the point that I am now getting my attorney involved and sue the crap out of them for non payment and emotional distress and I will see if this will get the ball to rolling. Run away from Olympic Hospitality Services if you do not want to be conned into working and not receiving any money.
