I was contacted on August 23rd to do a cleaning job within 2 days after initial contact with Steve Rogers.  He requested a job to be completed in Maryland where my company is located. He stated that payment would be made in 21 days after I submitted photos and invoice to him, which I did on August 24th.

When my crew went to the housing development, the manager did not even know who Olympic Hospitality was. Steve apparently took care of the issue and we were then able to get the keys to the apartment. This drew me to question the service I was about to perform. My search found the first fraud report of this company and I questioned Steve about it. He stated that it was a one time issue with a lady that was "not mentally stable". Since, the aparment cleaning was not that much money, I decided to go forward with the job.

I was contacted again on  to do another job, but never heard back after I accepted the date. Luckily for me they did not go forward with that job.

On September 27th, I emailed requesting information on my payment that was yet received. I was told that Steve would check with his accountant and get back to me. I never heard back. I tried to call without any response. I emailed again on October 11th and got this response "I do apologize for the delay of payment. There have been some unforseen expenses that we've had to work thru. I can assure you that you'll be paid." Still have not received payment from this company.
