Complaint Review: Olympic Moving And Storage

The movers did not speak even rudimentary English. I could not communicate to them at all and had to call the company and have them translate. The company told us it would cost twice as much as quoted to get our things out of their storage area in Morton Grove / Skokie, IL. We have been in Florida for 6 months and still have none of our household belongings.

I called today to see how much we now owed (paying $288 a mo for their storage) and they have not applied our monthly payments as someone had previously told us they would apply to balance. They say we owe $2,131.50 which is the original balance supposedly owed, with no credit to what we have already paid. This was one of the worst experiences in my life!

I have already paid over $2,000 and just want my stuff delivered. I am so very disappointed with this company I don't see how they stay in business. They are rip off artists and I recommend everyone to stay away from them.
