Complaint Review: Olympus Loan Servicing Aka Fairbanks Capital

Presently, I am in Bankruptcy because of Olympus Loan Servicing. Fairbanks bought the mortgage from Olympus.

My HomeInsurance was expired in 2002. Before I could get another insurance policy, Olympus took out one for me for $1,336.80. I got my insurance for myself which was far less ($572.00). I should have gotten back a refund for ($686.00) after Olympus cancelled their policy.

Up to this day I cannot get back my refund. I have faxed the letter that I received from Olympus to Fairbanks stating the amount of refund. I have tried to contact the representative who told me to fax the letter, but I got no answer and no reply.

Also, I made my March payment on 12th via Western Union Quick Collect. Each time I called to see if my payment was received and posted I was told to call back couple of days.

When I called Fairbanks I got the automated message and it told me that my payment was received (five days)on the 17th of March.

Payments by Western Union are received in a few minutes to the company. A RIP-OFF FOR LATE FEE IS COMING. THIS IS WRONG.PLEASE HELP ME.

If it reflects that my payments are received after the 15th, of each month, then I am in jeopardy of losing my home.
I WANT THESE PEPOPLE TO POST MY PAYMENT ON TIME.
