I ordered one of the special packages advertised online(TV as well)by Omaha Steak Company.  When ordering you put in your personal information and then you are asked if this is a gift or if it is for yourself.  I chose myself.  As they already had my address, no other info was needed for delivery.  The delivery date came and went.  I received nothing.  When I inquired about this I was told it was delivered to an address I had never heard of before, in other words the wrong address.  I further was told that since I ordered on line that nothing could be done and it was not their fault.  When I asked how is it my fault when it makes no sense to have my order shipped to an address that I don't even know, the response was basically "too bad, too sad."  There was obviously no refund or offer of replacement.  By the way, they had my correct address the whole time; it appeared in subsequent emails.  So in closing all I can say is stay away from these folks; stay very far away.
