Omaha Steaks Very rude service by a supervisor omaha nebraska
ill be a d**n idiot if I order here from Omaha Steaks again and I hope they close this business. I bought some steaks and they weren't the right ones so 10 min later I called back to the sales to exchange for the right ones and I spoke with a supervisor his name is Mike and he has to be the rudest person I've ever talked to. I will never order from ths company again and I have been a customer for over ten years now spending thousands of dollars and this so called supervisor says that he can't help me replace my steaks. That is just wrong...period.
