Complaint Review: Omaha Travel

 I find it interesting that after the attempt(s) by both Omaha Travel and The Travel Center to disassociate themselves from one another, citing the problems with scheduling/receiving the travel services purchased is a result of the "other" company because I received exactly same rebuttal on the same date, about the same time...  If the travel opportunity seems too good to be true - it isn't!  People don't be scammed by either of these companies - I feel foolish enough for everyone!

 The Travel Center cashed my check and has sent me NOTHING in return.  If "Your Company" is so creditable why would you continue to associate with a company with a history of scamming people? I trust it is because "The Travel Center" is "IN" on the rip-off efforts with Omaha Travel! I believe Omaha Travel and The Travel Center both are guilty of FRAUD and will continue to scam people by changing their company name(s) and training the people answering their "so-called" business phones to lie! Shame on you for attempting to use this medium to post your meaningless rebuttal. Your effort is wasted as most intelligent people can read between the lines, as you only want to muddy the water on your scam by attempting to show a response - in the hope that other trusting, hard working people will believe your company is not a scam.  The next time you respond why dont you offer a solution to the situation instead of blame the consumer and YOUR asscociate company?

 Your Company cashed my check and has sent me nothing in return! I am in the process of involving my bank AND the police - I trust this situation will get to a federal level!!

The Travel Center is an independent comapny and does not sell a travel product.  The Travel Center is not affiliated with the company that either sold this person or gave this person a travel program.  All of the documents that the travelers receive clearly state the terms and conditions and guidelines of their vacation offer.  The traveler is responsible for signing these terms and guidelines prior to receiving their official travel documents. 

The Travel Center is only the middle man that helps clients by providing them with the travel vouchers that they request.  Our comapany is not involved in the advertisement of the product and was not involved in the conversation between the traveler and the comapny that sold or gave them the product.

We do realize that some clients are unhappy but it is not OUR company that they should be unhappy with it is the company that originally gave or old them the product.  Given the volume that the Travel Center does and the few negative reviews that you see about our company we feel that we are doing a great job and will continue to support our clients in a friendly and positive manor.

We take pride in our customer service and our staff really enjoys providing our clients with a great vacation.  If you are looking at our company please look at the facts for what they really are.  Most of the persons posting these reports have or will be refunded what they have paid to the Travel Center if the traveler sends in a request and it falls into our companies refund guidelines.
