Complaint Review: Ombudsman for Children Youth and Families

Dear All,

There is an obudsman in Tennessee in the Nashville area and I have emailed him several times about friend of mines child in Tennessee. Her child was kidnapped by her abusive ex husband from her backyard. The obudsman has said repeatably that there is nothing they can do to help my poor friend Kem in getting her daughter back in any way at all. Whenever he is contacted he blatantly ignores hers and my own pleas for help.

She has come to myself, and Australian citizen to help her in her cause to get her children back and had made no attempt to even look at her case file. Every time he is spoken to he stonewalls anyone and tries to push them in the wrong direction. This man was put into a position to help people but ignores them unless it suits him and his own time.

Please investigate this man as he is not only not doing his job but he also putting more lives at risk by not doing so. I am asking you to get into contact with him to at least get an answer to justify his ignorance against Kem and help her save her daughter from the hands of a predator.

So please Gerald if you are reading this at least look into this matter further as there is a young innocent child that has been taken and needs your help. Please stop ignoring her pleas and please start doing something to Bring Emily home, safe to her loving and kind mother.

Kem is a good friend of mine and there are so many people who say they are there to help, yet they do nothing.

Thanks for reading this and I hope that something can be done to help get Emily home and this man shown to everyone the wrong he does to families when he is employed and paid to not only do right and not, but get him into action to do what he is meant to do.
