This guy is a very disrepectful man. He talks to you like you are nobody worth his time.Doesn't even use good english.I purchased a tankless water heater from him, six months later it melted , I contacted him and he told me that he would not honor warranty because I didn't send in warranty card to register the warranty. I did this on-line at his web-site, but there is no way for me to prove it.

This guy has twisted everything around and is a total lier. Do not buy from him. You will be sorry!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! The tankless hot water heaters are junk. That is the truth!!!! The man has no respect as a business owner or as a human being! The worst part is that he has reproduced.

Lied #1 Unit was purchase 13 months ago and not 6 months ago.

First he order a Propane unit for a Natural gas environment. Expected me to replace it with out cost even that he install the unit and is NO RETURNS on installed units.( You have a complain on file in regard to that problem.)

I replace it anyway against my better judgment.
He never register the warranty as is expresely requested.
Now he apparently has a problem with the unit. What he does ? Instead of following warranty procedures he decide that is easier (and cheaper!) to again denigrate our company in your forum.
This time I will not bow down in front of blackmail. I am no longer willing to deviate any bit from the stated policy. He follow it....he get it repaired. He don't.....It is a lesson to be learn.

LIE #2 He only file for his warranty 10 days ago but instead of apologizing for the delay he again decided that is better to lie about because his PDF file receipt has a date and he can not change it.
