Omega Direct Ripoff sent less product than paid for would not return calls to right the wrong St. George Utah
This was my second order from Omega Direct.I ordered 7 bottles, only recieved 5. When I called customer service, I got an answering machine. I tried for 4 days to reach them. On the fifth day, I left my name and number and said that I wanted to place a large order with them and needed infoormation from them. 10 minutes later I recieved a call from Brian, the owner. When I explained the situation, he hung up on me. I called back and he answered the phone, I tried again to explain what happened. He told me he was sending out the 2 bottles and then hung up on me again. He never asked my name or order number. I have no idea if I will ever recieve the products I paid for. That is why I am reporting this company.
