Complaint Review: Omega E-Supplements

Omega E-Supplements charged my credit card and only shipped $24 worth of my & $80 purchase. This was 2 months ago and they will not respond to phone or email messages. Internet

I made an online purchase in May for $80 of product. My credit card was immediately charged. About a month later I received $24 worth of my original order. There was no information included acknowledging that this shipment was partial or indicating when I should receive the rest of my order. I have left the company multiple phone messages that have never been returned. I have never been able to reach a real person by phone. I have sent several emails that were never returned.

Finally I went through paypal to open a dispute. Omega E Supplements finally responded they would give me a $40 credit which I denied since they owe me $56. I am now going through my credit card company to see if I can get this issue resolved. What a NIGHTMARE! This company has made me wary about making ANY online purchases - which I had previously done frequently as I live in a small town.
