Omega-E Supplements Charged my credit card immediately; it's been 2 months have not received order or refund, and had no communication from them. Internet
I was charged the same day I placed my online order. I was also immediately sent an email verifying the receipt of the order. I waited 2 weeks and received no shipping confirmation and no product. It was a $70 order -enough to make me concerned that I hadn't received my shipment or any explanation from the company.
I then emailed them to ask about the status of my order. I received an automated response but no other communication from them.
I waited another 2 weeks and emailed them again. Same thing happened.
I waited another couple of weeks and finally found a phone number listed on their website. I called but no one answered so I left a message with my name and phone number. I have not received any follow-up from them. That was about 3 weeks ago.
I have reported them to the Better Business Bureau but have not heard back from them yet.
I have been ordering online for years and never had a problem with a company. The products I ordered are from a pretty small and unheard of company so I never expected to be rip-offed by a company selling them! Perhaps that is their angle - don't sell anything too popular so not enough people will complain to alert the authorities.
Seeing all of the reports on this website about this company I cannot understand why their website is still up and functioning! Why have they not been shut down yet?!

BBB failed to contact company, too

I reported this business to the Better Business Bureau and they were not able to contact them either. Unfortunately it seems there's not much to be done beyond this when you get ripped off by a fake company.
